How come we Indians do like this even after coming to US !. Its not that its something bad , but as the saying goes ” Be a Roman when in Rome” . We are in the habit of putting our clothes for drying outside,in India, but in US , it dosen’t work that way . Its not a wise thing to do the same here. We are 6 of us who share the expenditures. Normally we goto shop once in 2 weeks and the bill comes to around $200 @ Walmart/Wegmans and another $50 @ the Indian store.. But previous grocery bill was whooping $282 @ Walmart + $88 at the Indian stores+ misc charges totals upto $400. ..So just imagine the amount of eatables and stuff we buy and have every 2 weeks.. shocking right !
